Dashboard Index

The Dashboard is your command center for managing your app. Here administrators can track engagement, create content and push notifications, and manage audiences. Each section of the Dashboard is designed to help you stay informed, take quick action, and streamline communication across your network.

1. Admin Hub URL

Go to https://hub.patter.com to login to the Admin Hub with the credentials provided in your welcome email. 

2. Navigation Menu (Left Sidebar)

  • Dashboard: Overview of app activity and performance. 
  • Content: Manage and schedule posts and push notifications. 
  • Location: Create/manage Locations of interest. Categorize for map display in app.
  • My People: Manage audience, view new followers, and approve Tag requests. 
  • My Network: Manage relationships with other groups/networks on the platform. 
  • My Organization: Manage Banners, Colors, Logos, and app Resources.
  • Settings: General app and admin settings. Change your password here!
  • Help: Submit a request for admin support to our client success specialists.

  • Collapse Nav: A grey circle with white text AI-generated content may be incorrect. View lefthand navigation as icons.  

3. Top Navigation

  • Add New Content Item: Create and schedule new content for followers. 
  • New Direct Push Notification: Send immediate notifications directly to followers' devices. 
  • Bell Icon: View alerts or system notifications (coming soon). 

4. Performance Metrics (Top Left Box)

Shows activity from the last 7 days:

  • Followers: Number of new followers. 
  • Saved Posts: Posts saved by users. 
  • Shared Posts: Posts shared externally. 
  • Sends: Number of direct sends (push notifications or messages). 
  • Total Reach: Total people reached by content and notifications. 

5. Followers Graph (Top Center)

Visual breakdown of follower growth over different time ranges:
  • View by 7 days, 6 months, or 12 months. 

6. Promotion (Top Right)

  • Signup (AllAboard) Link: Shareable link to invite others to join the app. 
  • Email Invite and QR Code options available for easy access. 

7. New Tag Requests (Bottom Left)

Approve or reject users' requests to be tagged in specific member categories (e.g., “IBEW Member” or custom tags).

8. My People List – New Followers (Bottom Center)

Recent followers and their contact info for quick reference.

9. Content Highlights – Active & Scheduled Content (Bottom Right)

Overview of published and scheduled content:

  • Title of content 
  • Type (e.g., Info, Take Action) 
  • Live Date when it’s visible to followers
