How Can I Target a Specific Audience For My Content?

Step 1: Access Audience Settings for Content Items 0:00

• When creating content items, you can customize the audience for publication.

Step 2: Select Audience for Content Items 0:14

• You can publish to:

  • All followers by default.

  • Any subset of people based on:

    • Tags

    • Lists

    • Individual followers.

• After selecting the correct audience, click 'Save'.

Step 3: Access Audience Settings for Direct Push 0:46

• For Direct Push, follow a similar process:

• Click on the caret next to 'Audience'.

• Choose to publish to:

  • All followers.

  • Any subset of people.

  • Individual followers.

Step 4: Access Audience Settings for Resource Cards 1:13

• Navigate to your organization and select a resource card.

• Click on the 'Audience' button.

Step 5: Select Audience for Resource Cards 1:23

• You can publish to:

  • Everyone.

  • Subsets (limited to tags only; no individual followers option).

• After selecting the audience, click 'Save'.
