How do I create custom text Resources Center cards?

Create "Custom Text" Resource Cards to give your users quick access to important info within the app. Here's how...


1. Start by adding a new card in My Organization 0:00

  • In the app navigation, go to My Organization.
  • Click Add a Card.
  • Follow the usual card setup process:
    • Enter the card name
    • Upload an image
    • Crop the image
    • Save the card

 

2. Add a Custom Text component 0:32

  • On the right side, go to New Component.
  • Select Custom Text.
  • Click Add Component.
  • This component lets you create most types of content, except for images and documents.

 

3. Fill in the custom text content 0:50

  • Click the component bubble.
  • Add a title.
  • Add a description.
  • You can paste in formatted text from your website or another source.
  • The text box preserves links, including:
    • Website links
    • Telephone links
    • Email links
  • You may need to add paragraph breaks to improve formatting.

 

4. Save and verify the card in the app 1:30

  • Click Save.
  • Refresh the app.
  • Confirm the new card appears in the Resources section.
  • Open the card to verify it displays the custom text item inside the app.
