How do I add a PDF to the App Resources Center?
In the App Resources Center, your organization's forms and contracts can be both Tag-protected AND easily accessible to your membership! Admins can link to a PDF that already exists online, or they can upload PDFs right into the App. Here's how:
Step 1: From the Admin Hub, access My Organization 0:00

Navigate to My Organization in the app.
Step 2: Add a Card 0:12

Click on Add a Card.

Name the card appropriately.
Step 3: Add an Image 0:20

Click on Add an Image.

Ensure the image meets the required size specifications.

For size guidelines, refer to the knowledge base.
Step 4: Select Audience 0:34

Choose your audience for the card.

If you want it to be available to everyone, leave the audience setting as is.
Step 5: Add a PDF Component 0:43

Scroll to the bottom of the components list and select PDF.
Step 6: Name the PDF Section 0:50

Click on Documents and name your section.

This name will help track the contracts associated with the card.
Step 7: Title and Upload PDF 1:04

Title your PDF.

Click on Upload to add the PDF document.
Step 8: Add Document and Save 1:11

Remember to click Add Document to save your upload and reset for additional documents if needed.

Click Save to finalize the card.
Step 9: Verify in the App 1:29

Refresh the app to see the new card.

Check that the Contracts item opens to your PDF, allowing sharing, exploration, or downloading.
