Tap on the support email to get the download link.
Step 2: Request a Password Reset 0:16

Read the three instructions provided.

Tap on 'Download our app'.

Select 'Forgot Password'.

Enter the email address you used to sign up for the app.
Step 3: Retrieve the Recovery Code 0:30

Tap 'Send me the code'.

Check your email for the recovery code.
Step 4: Enter the Recovery Code 0:36

Go back to the app and input the recovery code (e.g., 4815).

Tap 'Confirm'.
Step 5: Set a New Password 0:59

Create a new password (at least 8 characters, with upper and lower case letters, a number, and a symbol).

Tap 'Confirm'.
Step 6: Log In to the App 1:18

Enter your new password.

Tap 'Log In'.
Step 7: Allow Location Access 1:24

You will see a prompt asking to allow location access.

Choose 'Allow while using the app'.

A prompt will ask if you want to allow notifications.

Choose 'Allow' to receive the latest news from your union.
