My Organization Index

Here you can manage your organization’s presence and branding on the app platform. This area is used to configure Banners, Colors, Profile Images, and Organizational Resources (Cards) that appear in the app to orient and inform followers, and encourage them to take action.

1. Banners

Banners appear at the top of your followers’ app feed. You can input up to five banners, and they will rotate.

  • Banner Button: The text that appears on the banner’s call-to-action (CTA) button within the app.

    • Example: “Why Union?”

  • Banner Action: The link (URL) that opens when a follower taps the banner button.

  • Background Image Upload: Upload an image to visually represent the banner topic. This appears behind the banner button and text in the app.

    • Accepted formats: JPG, PNG.

    • Preview of the uploaded image appears below the upload button.

  • Remove: Delete the banner if no longer needed.

  • Save: Confirm and apply changes.

  • Cancel: Discard changes and exit without saving.


2. Colors

Click the eye dropper tool to match your brand colors.

  • Accent Color: Maps to the top border and app buttons.

  • Background Color: Maps to the background of the app.

  • Support Color: Maps to the background behind content items.


3. Profile Images

  • Logo: Upload your organization’s logo. This is displayed throughout the app. To make a change to the icon that appears on followers phones, please contact appsupport@patter.com.


4. Manage Cards

Cards map to the Resources section of the app.

  • a. New Card: Name/Title a card. Cards will appear in a vertical list in the app. Click the adjacent trash can to delete the card.

    b. External Redirection: Toggle on and insert a URL in the box to the right to make the card a direct link to any URL.

    c. Enable Menu: Toggle on to create a dropdown menu of links under the card.

    d. Set Card’s Image: Each card requires an image.

    • Supported formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG

    • Max image size: 10 MB

    • Resolution: 1500 × 488 pixels

    • Click the adjacent trash can to delete the image.

    e. Audience: Card can be published to all followers or to a specific Tag group.

    f. Save: Be sure to save each card!

    g. Card Components: If you create a card without an External Link or Menus, you can add Components, or content that appears directly in the app.

    h. Custom Text (recommended): Choose Custom Text for the most flexibility. Create your content, then click Add Component and Save.
