My People Index

In My People, app admins can fully manage and update individual follower data, including contact info and tag assignments. Admins have comprehensive control to ensure that user data is accurate, organized, and properly segmented for targeted communication and access within the app.

1. Goals Panel (Top Left)

  • Current Followers: Displays your current total followers.

  • Follower’s Goal: Set a target number of followers for your community.

  • Progress Indicator: Shows percentage progress toward your goal.

  • Update Button: Enter a goal and click Update to save it.


2. Followers Graph (Top Center)

  • Activity Chart: Visualizes signups or activity over selectable time ranges (7 days, 6 months, or 12 months).

  • Useful for spotting trends in app adoption and engagement.


3. Top Action Buttons (Top Right – Enabled Upon Request)

  • Import Users: Upload a list of users to add them to the platform.

  • Send Reminders: Send push or email reminders to users who haven’t completed setup or confirmed their accounts.


4. Tabs (Below Goals)

  • My People: List of all followers associated with your organization.

  • My Lists: View and manage custom lists of users.

  • My Tags: Manage follower tags used for segmenting audiences.


5. Search, Edit & Filter Tools

  • Filter: Apply advanced filters to narrow down user lists.

  • Save Selections as List: Save filtered users as a reusable Static or Dynamic list that you can publish to.

  • Edit: Edit follower Status and Tags in batches. Start selecting people in the table to activate.

  • Export: Download a CSV of user data to your admin email address.

  • Tag Approval: Review, approve, or reject follower tag requests.

  • Search People: Find users by name or email.


6. Follower Table

Each row represents one user and displays key details:

  • Action: Click the ⋯ to access Edit, Block, or Remove options.

    • Edit: Update follower Name, Unique ID, Phone Number, Zip code, Password, and Tags.

    • Block: Change follower status to Blocked. The follower will see nothing in the app but will remain on the Table.

    • Remove: Removes a follower from your Table; they will no longer see content in the app.

  • Name: Follower name input upon app registration.

  • Status: Indicates whether the user is Active or Blocked.

  • ID: Unique identifier for each follower (optional).

  • Email: Registered email address (required).

  • Zip/Postal: User’s provided zip code (optional).

  • Sign Up Date: The date the user first joined the app.

  • Follower Tag: Assign and remove tag(s) for audience segmentation.

  • OS: Shows whether the user is on iOS or Android, and whether they have logged in at least once.

  • Login: Mail icon indicates login method.

  • Push On: Indicates whether push notifications are enabled on the user’s phone.

  • Loc On: Indicates whether location permissions are enabled on the user’s phone.
