Admin Hub

1.     “Never End” Option for Recurring Push Notifications Now Working (Fix)

The existing “Never End” option for recurrences has been fixed to work as expected.

2.    Cannot Publish Contents from Draft Status if the Item has Push Turned on (Fix)

Backend changes were made to allow content items with a scheduled push notification attached to be changed from “draft” to “publish.”  

3.    Prevent an Event Start Date & Time to be Prior to its End Date & Time (Fix)

The system now has a validation, prohibiting users from entering a start date and time that is later than the event’s end date and time, prompting the user of the conflict and requiring a correction prior to proceeding.

4.    PDF Title Line Accepts Special Characters (Fix)

The systems has been updated to support special characters in the PDF Title.

5.    Remove the Ability to Edit Direct Pushes that have been Published (Fix)

  1. Pushes marked as “Finished” in the Admin Hub show only Copy and Delete options — Edit is not available.
  2. Pushes that are scheduled (i.e., not yet delivered) show Edit, Copy, and Delete options.

6.    Event “Recurrence” Properly Saving in the App (Fix)

The issue has been fixed so that Event recurrences now properly save in the app and the duration of the event is properly displayed to the end users.

Mobile App

1.    Only 1 Content Card per Published Items for Migrated Customers (Fix)

  1. Duplicate Content Prevention:
    • Now we ensure that each content item appears only once in the app feed with a validation.
  2. Drafting Content Behavior:
    • Confirmed that setting a content item to draft removes it properly from the feed without affecting legitimate content.

2.  Users Associated with Multiple Tags for a Push Receive ONLY 1 Notification (Fix)

The following has been implemented to resolve the issue.

  1. If a user belongs to multiple selected tags, the push notification will appear only once in the Activity Center.
  2. The system de-duplicates push notifications at the user level before displaying them in the app.

3.  Invalid Phone Number Error During Registration/Onboarding (Fix)

Formatting validation was removed from the phone number field in the onboarding user registration form to allow users to more easily enter their phone number without receiving an error.

4.  New Users Registering with Google are Prompted for Tags (Fix)

The system was fixed to present the tag selection step in the process for new users registering via the Google option during registration.
